A red-marked original resume beside a clean rewritten resumereal rewrite, nothing invented

I learned the hard way that volume by itself does not work.

Sending the same resume everywhere creates noise. The useful work is checking that the role is open, matching the resume to that posting, and keeping every claim true.

What happens after you start

You approve the search

You choose the titles, locations, and companies to skip before anything goes out.

Your resume gets rebuilt

Your strongest titles, results, and skills move where a recruiter will see them first. Nothing is invented.

Every application is checked and tailored

The role must still be open. The resume is adjusted for that posting, then submitted with accurate information.

You get the proof

You receive the posting, tailored resume, submission date, and a screenshot of every submission.

The work is visible.

red = cut, reworded, or moved

A resume checked against one real posting. Gaps stay visible.

Two common options have the wrong incentive.

Monthly reverse recruiters

Services that do this charge about $1,500 to $4,000 a month up front and bill whether anything happens or not. A longer search earns them more.

Cheap auto-apply tools

They can reuse one resume and send it to stale postings. Salvo checks the opening and builds the application for that specific role.

This is wrong for you if

You already get interviews consistently. Your problem starts after the resume screen.

You need experience, a license, clearance, or work permission you do not have.

You want facts added or changed to look qualified.

You want a guaranteed job offer. Nobody can honestly promise that.

Questions people ask first

What counts as an interview?

A direct invitation from an employer or their recruiter to a live first-round conversation. Assessments, one-way videos, talent-community messages, and mass events do not count.

Could this get me flagged?

No service can promise how every employer will react. Salvo lowers the risk by using accurate information, checking each role, tailoring each version, and staying inside the target list you approved.

Can I stop?

Yes. Cancelling stops future applications and future charges immediately.

Who sees my resume?

Salvo, the employers you apply to, and their application systems. We do not sell your information or use your resume to train an AI system.
