Salvo collects the client's name, email address, resume contents, target roles, job-search preferences, application records, and employer responses sent to the dedicated search address. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Salvo never receives or stores full card numbers.
We use the name and email to identify the client and communicate. We use resume contents and target roles to rebuild resumes, select postings, and submit accurate applications. We keep application records and employer responses to document work, identify qualifying interview invitations, and answer billing questions.
Stripe receives payment and billing information. Employers and their applicant-tracking systems receive the information needed for each application. Porkbun provides domain and email-forwarding services for application reply mail. Other service providers receive only the information needed to perform their part of the service.
We never sell personal information. We never use client resumes to train any AI system.
Salvo keeps client resumes, application records, and forwarded search mail for 90 days after the service ends. Billing records may be kept longer when tax, payment, or legal rules require it. At the end of the retention period, working copies are deleted.
